Melissa Mattice
Founder & Designer
Melissa Mattice founded On Trend Design to create model homes, sales offices, and community spaces that help builders connect with buyers and bring communities to life.
After graduating from the American Institute of Interior Design, Melissa began her career designing residential interiors before specializing in model home and sales office design for builders and developers across Arizona, California, and Texas.
Known for her thoughtful use of color, texture, and composition, Melissa creates warm, approachable environments that reflect each builder’s vision, connect with target buyers, and support community sales goals.
Samantha Mattice
Head of Sales & marketing
Samantha brings a strong foundation in sales strategy, operations, and marketing. After graduating from the University of San Diego, she helped scale a San Francisco-based tech startup, opening its San Diego office and leading a high-performing sales team.
At On Trend Design, Samantha works closely with builders and designers to align each project with target demographics, community positioning, and overall market strategy.
