Melissa Mattice
Founder & Designer
Melissa’s background in color, texture, and composition informs her distinctive design approach. After graduating from the American Institute of Interior Design, she began her career creating residential interiors before transitioning into model home and sales office design for builders and developers across Arizona and California.
Today, Melissa focuses on designing model homes and sales environments that resonate with target buyers and support community sales goals. Each project is approached as a market-driven design solution—balancing style, functionality, and builder objectives.
Samantha Mattice
Head of Sales & marketing
Samantha brings a strong foundation in sales strategy, operations, and marketing. After graduating from the University of San Diego, she helped scale a San Francisco-based tech startup, opening its San Diego office and leading a high-performing sales team.
At On Trend Design, Samantha works closely with builders and designers to align each project with target demographics, community positioning, and overall market strategy.
